transparency

usage of funds
funds raised through membership, donations, and grants are used to sustain public programming, mentorship stipends, exhibitions, artist commissions, research, publishing, youth engagement, and community meals. a portion is allocated for rent, utilities, materials, and staff — ensuring consistent program delivery. the remaining portion supports scholarships, travel stipends, and local collaborations that extend our educational and cultural mission.

transparency and ethics
design is accountability. our reports are public. our budgets are visible. our community impact is measurable. annual summaries outline program outcomes, partnerships, and allocation data. eidolon pipeline cohort does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or age in any of its activities or operations.

fund flow + accountability

every incoming dollar enters the operational fund and redistributes:

45% operations / 25% program / 15% travel + media / 10% reserve / 5% editorial + contingency.

quarterly board reviews, annual 990 filings, and transparent reporting maintain fiscal integrity.

long-term sustainability model

by year 3, eidolon pipeline becomes 60% self-sustaining through membership, events, and product revenue — reducing grant dependency while maintaining public support for growth.

the long-term plan (2028 and beyond) is to acquire property or co-develop a space as a permanent cultural campus through blended financing: philanthropic equity, annual partnership, or mission-aligned investors.
